When a family has registered a player at Westland Hills, they receive a:
Raffle book of 10 tickets, each with a value of $1.00 each. If they choose, they can sell the raffle ticket and keep the money to help offset their registration costs; or, they can put their own names on the ticket stub and enter the Opening Day cash drawing. The tickets are at the park and the drawing will be on the field Opening Day, April 24.
For families that chose the “Candy Option” at registration, and paid $25.00,
The 60 pack boxes of candy have arrived. You may keep the candy, or sell the bars at $1.00 each, and keep the monies to help offset the registration fees. The boxes of candy are only if you ordered them choosing the “Candy Option” at registration. There are no extra boxes this year.
Scheduled distribution on the first floor, main entrance to the Concession Stand, is set for:
SATURDAY APRIL 17 10:00A.M. – 1:00P.M.
SUNDAY APRIL 18 11:00A.M. – 1:00P.M.
After that, you will need to speak with an available Officer of the league for the candy and raffle tickets.
For the candy, please bring your receipt (Phone receipt is fine) or I.D. if you wish to use our Name Log.
